"NOT HELPFUL. Have to request things multiple times, acts like it’s a burden to have to explain/answer questions. First time with State Farm and a really bad first impression, going to try a different agent and I suggest you do too! Esp if you’re younger and like to do things online and not have someone sending you rude emails"
